Maitland Walker solicitors was established in May 1996, by renowned European and competition law specialist Julian Maitland-Walker. The firm is now the leading niche EU and competition law practice in the UK with offices in Minehead and Cheltenham.

Whilst EU and competition law remains a core area of specialisation, Maitland Walker has expanded to provide a wide range of corporate and commercial services, both contentious and non-contentious to its business clients.  In addition to  servicing a loyal client base in the West of England, we have nationally recognised practices in litigation and dispute resolution, education, employment, liquor licensing, betting and gaming.

Along with our commercial and corporate expertise, Maitland Walker has a thriving private client department, providing high quality advice in all aspects of conveyancing and family law, including residential property, matrimonial, personal taxation, wills and trusts.
