Maitland Walker solicitors was established in May 1996, by renowned European and competition law specialist Julian Maitland-Walker. The firm is now the leading niche EU and competition law practice in the UK with offices in London, Cheltenham and Minehead.

Whilst EU and competition law remains a core area of specialisation, Maitland Walker has expanded to provide a wide range of corporate and commercial services, both contentious and non-contentious to its business clients.  In addition to  servicing a loyal client base in London and the West of England, we have nationally recognised practices in litigation and dispute resolution and employment law.

Along with our commercial and corporate expertise, Maitland Walker has a thriving private client department, providing high quality advice in all aspects of conveyancing and family law, including residential property, matrimonial, personal taxation, wills and trusts.

Maitland Walker also provides consultancy services to many other law firms both in the UK and internationally, developing links that provide our clients with an international network of legal advice.
