Litigation and dispute resolution
Maitland Walker has a highly rated practice in litigation and dispute resolution. The 2007 law directory, Legal 500, judges that “Maitland Walker’s skills in the courtroom are quite exceptional [and that] clients are impressed by the way in which they are made to feel an integral part of the team”.
Our primary concern is to resolve disputes as quickly and advantageously as possible, always weighing the possible outcomes against the costs and risks of litigation. We represent clients in both the High Court and County Court, but are equally willing to use Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms such as mediation to achieve the best solution.
We consistently provide our clients with excellent legal advice and value for money.
