The firm offers a comprehensive debt recovery service. This department complements the litigation and dispute resolution department.

Our aim is to recover debts as cheaply and swiftly as possible for our clients.  We will assist where appropriate with the following:-

• Sending letters before action
• Issue of proceedings
• Commencing the bankruptcy or winding up process
