This 24-hour service also enables Maitland Walker’s clients to build a fixed cost into their balance sheets and in some cases, the ability to effectively out-source their human resources requirements altogether. In so doing, this enables the firm’s clients to factor in a fixed cost without any concern regarding any additional and unexpected legal fees, should litigation actually materialise.  Should Tribunal litigation arise, the defence of any proceedings can also be included within Maitland Walker’s annual fixed-fee.
