Licensing Reform Day Three: More Will Have Their Say

The Daily Mail has hailed the Government’s decision to “rebalance” the licensing laws as a victory for the newspaper against twenty-four hour drinking laws.

This article is one in a series of six as we take an in-depth look at the proposed changes and whether or not they will have the desired effect. Today, we look at plans to allow public health bodies and community groups to object to licence applications and review existing Premises Licences.
