Ben Simpson joined Maitland Walker’s Minehead office as a trainee solicitor in October 2006 and qualified as a solicitor in October 2008. He specialises in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Tax Planning, provides advice on property transactions in the context of estate administration and undertakes some general litigation work.
Ben's work includes preparing Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Deputyship Orders, providing Care Home Fee advice for the elderly, Estate planning and all forms of Estate administration. Ben also provides general tax advice and tax advice specifically tailored to agricultural and business property succession. He also advises on the administration of trusts and domicile.
