Ben joined Maitland Walker as a trainee in 2002 and was admitted as a solicitor in September 2004. He completed his law degree at Middlesex University during which he was awarded the Ruynski Eurocabinet Prize for excellence in European and competition law studies. He went on to obtain a commendation on the Legal Practice Course at Gray’s Inn School of Law.
Ben now heads the Commercial Property team of Maitland Walker and deals with a variety of matters such as acquisitions, landlord and tenant issues and estate management, ranging from the small high street office/shop to dealing with multi-national companies. With Maitland Walker’s close ties with the licensed trade, a high volume of his work involves acting in the sale and purchase of public houses around the country.
