Bethany Hunt began her solicitor’s training contract at Maitland Walker in July 2006 after returning through regular work experience placements since 2003. Bethany is currently undertaking a seat in family law.
Bethany studied at Northumbria University, which offers the rare opportunity to take the LPC alongside the law degree, providing a practical learning base. The course involved a year of clinical education within the Northumbria University Student Law Office, where students undertake pro-bono work for the general public, under the supervision of qualified solicitors.
Bethany is enjoying living in the South West after having previously lived in Bath, Cyprus, Germany and Newcastle. She enjoys a variety of outdoor sports, ranging from paragliding to power boating. Bethany has also been a dedicated member of the TA Medical Corps and Newcastle University Officer Training Corps.
