Hilary Coles specialises in commercial dispute resolution but has a wide and varied client base for whom she also undertakes general dispute resolution and provides advice on commercial contracts.
Hilary has wide experience in all forms of commercial and property dispute resolution including contentious competition law cases, group actions, particularly in relation to publishing and the brewing industry and actions involving breaches of fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes.
Joining Maitland Walker shortly after the firm was established in 1996, Hilary became a partner in 2002 and is based in the Minehead office.
