Maitland Walker LLP Cheltenham Office
The partners of Maitland Walker have announced the demerger of the practice.
Maitland Walker’s Minehead office remains unchanged, whilst the Cheltenham office will demerge from the practice. This has resulted in the launch of a new, specialist litigation and dispute resolution practice, Croft Solicitors, headed by Maitland Walker’s former partner and head of Litigation Rupert Croft. Croft Solicitors will operate from 19 Imperial Square, Cheltenham.
Following the demerger, Cheltenham partners Steve Thomas, head of corporate and commercial law and Nick Rowe, head of employment law, have joined the Cheltenham office of Lodders LLP.
Clare Regan has joined Whatley Weston & Fox in Worcester as Commercial Property Partner.
Julian Maitland-Walker, senior partner comments: “In recent months the partners have been discussing the future direction and strategy of the firm. With such a diverse set of skills and practice areas, we have agreed to reorganise the firm’s activities to enable us to focus on our different specialisms and services.”
Maitland Walker continues its practice in its Minehead and London offices and will continue to offer its full range of legal services as before, including commercial litigation, corporate/commercial, competition/EU law and private client services.
