He has specialised entirely in employment law for the last 20 years, and before that worked as an in-house lawyer for the General Motors group of companies in the UK.

He has a significant amount of experience advising employers on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including representing clients in numerous Employment Tribunal hearings.
