Lee is currently undertaking his Training Contract with Maitland Walker LLP.
Before joining Maitland Walker in 2019, Lee spent several years working in London where he supported various competition law firms (from boutique practices to large US firms) in both contentious and non-contentious competition matters. Lee was involved in pursuing several collective actions for breaches of competition law and regularly supported clients in challenging decisions of the EU/UK competition regulator. Lee was also part of a team of competition lawyers who advised government on national competition law policy in response to the Modernising Consumer Markets Green Paper.
Lee holds a first class honours degree in Business & Economics and 2 Master’s degrees in law (Competition Law and Intellectual Property Law). In addition, Lee is a qualified lecturer holding a PGCE and has enjoyed appointments lecturing both law and non-law subjects at university and college level.
