Susannah Sheppard is a qualified barrister and solicitor with over 15 years’ experience.

Susannah has considerable experience in both the public and private sector having worked for the European Commission, the UK Cabinet Office and the European Court of Justice prior to going into private practice. Her expertise covers all aspects of EU and UK competition law and includes EU and regulatory experience in a number of sectors including; telecommunications, media and technology, travel, air transport, financial services, pharmaceuticals and food.

She has handled ECJ litigation, defended cartelists and advised clients on competition and regulatory compliance and strategy as well as bringing complaints against competitors and suppliers. Her representation includes acting for regulators, multinationals and SMEs.

She is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars, is a member of the Competition Law Association and the International League of Competition Lawyers (LIDC) and is a regular contributor to and an the editorial board of Lexis Nexis Competition Law.
