Maitland Walker representing Addison Lee - Legality of PHV use of bus lanes

Julian Maitland-Walker is advising John Griffin and Addison Lee plc in defending Transport for London’s application for an interim injunction to require Mr Griffin to withdraw a letter sent to Addison Lee drivers expressing Mr Griffin’s opinion on the legality of PHV use of bus lanes.

Maitland Walker are also representing Addison Lee in a judicial review application challenging a decision from the Parking Adjudicator that it did not have the jurisdiction to declare as invalid or interpret bus lane legislation on the basis of EU law.
