Maitland Walker is Lexcel accredited for another year
The team at Maitland Walker are proud to have been awarded Lexcel accreditation again by the Law Society following a recent independent assessment of it’s Taunton and Minehead offices. Maitland Walker has held Lexcel accreditation since 2011
Lexcel is the Law Society's legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and excellence in client care. Maitland Walker is carefully reassessed, every year, across all of the areas of law offered and across all business functions and offices. This ensures that we continue to meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Hilary Coles, partner and solicitor says “We are proud to have retained our Lexcel accreditation for 2018. Whatever the nature of their matter – from residential property sale and purchases, to family law matters or commercial litigation, our clients and potential clients can be assured that the way we manage the practice and their matter or case is efficient and promotes excellent client care standards. Clients can take comfort in knowing that the Firm has a management framework in place that achieves the required standard in the seven different areas covered by the Lexcel standard.”
