Gervase joined Maitland Walker in 2019 and works within our Private Client Department and provides both consultant services to the firm.
About
He is Under Sheriff of the County, he is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and he is a civil mediator.
His main interest outside the office is running his small arable farm in West Somerset with machinery which, like himself, is well used but still serviceable, with occasional help from his wife and four sons.
Experience
He has many years of experience in advising private clients, as well as clients involved in farming and other businesses, for whom he handles wills, probate, trusts, and tax mitigation and other non-contentious matters.
