We have recently acted in the following cases:

  • Lifestyle Equities C.V & anor v Royal county of Berkshire Polo Club Limited & others acting for Royal Berkshire Polo Club in successfully defending trademark infringement proceedings brought by Lifestyle Equities C.V and other in connection with the BEVERLY HILLS POLO CLUB trade mark – see judgment here; and
  • Acting for parallel importers of pharmecutical products in major trade mark infringement and patent infringement litigation involving allegations of intellectual property infringment by pharmaceutical manufacturers.
