  • Acting currently for Addison Lee PLC, Europe’s largest private hire vehicle operator, in a successful appeal to the Court of Appeal in a dispute with Transport for London concerning their alleged discriminatory policies in favour of black cabs on grounds including breach of competition law. The case has been referred to the Court of Justice of European Union

  • Successfully acted for the Royal County of Berkshire Polo Club in resisting challenge against use of mark “POLO” and associated horse and rider brand in proceedings before the UK Trade Mark Registry.

  • Successfully represented Doncaster Pharmaceutical Company Limited in opposing trade mark infringement proceedings in the Court of Appeal.

  • Successfully represented trade association, British Association of European Pharmaceutical Distributors, in trade mark proceedings against parallel importers in High Court, Court of Appeal and Court of Justice of European Union (CJEU).
